Oops. It looks like something I ate last night didn’t agree with me. Let’s just say four trips to the loo before dawn and I won’t paint you a picture. We’ll just have to have a relaxing day without much activity so I can get over it, within easy reach of a bathroom. I’ll just check the diary…
Oops. First we have a 3+ hour bus journey at 8AM to the Cambodian border. Then we need to cross the border on foot, queuing for visa stamps. Next we’ve got a 6 hour train journey back to Bangkok in third class. Three hours to wait at the main train station. Then we catch a 10:50PM overnight train to Surat Thani, arriving 8AM. And why? So we can go for four days of kayaking and walking in Khao Sok national park. Kayaking!
